Registration: All current students can register early on June 1st. Parents will receive a registration link in your email. This will be the only way to access registration early. All new students can register on July 1st. Registration will be made available through a link on our website.

Clothing/Attire: All students must wear tight fitting clothing. Please bring a long sleeve shirt to silks class and make sure that your knees are covered to prevent burning on the silks. For acro/contortion, loose clothing is not acceptable.

Parent Viewing: Due to limited space, there will no longer be year round parent viewing available. Going forward, we will have scheduled times for parent viewing. Our Year End Showcase will also be a great opportunity for families to see their child’s progress.

Make Up Classes: Due to limited class sizes, we cannot guarantee make up classes if you miss a scheduled class. However, we will try our best to make up classes in the event of a studio or weather related closure. We will only issue refunds if a studio or weather related cancellation cannot be made up.

Drop-In Passes: If you have purchased any drop-in passes, please note that they are only eligible to be used during our Summer or Spring Break Drop-in Classes. These cannot be used for our regular full or short semester programs, and they cannot be saved for next season’s drop-in classes.

Cancellations: All Full Semester classes are a 10 month commitment (September – June), and are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one month’s payment if you need to cancel at any time. Short Semesters are non-refundable.

Holidays/Closures: We will be closed on all stat holidays as well as 2 weeks during winter break and 2 weeks during spring break.

Competitions: If signed up in a competitive program, please note that competitions are not optional due to team dynamic and prior registration. These competitions are booked early in Sept/Oct and we are given a date range for the competition. Complete schedules for each competition are released much closer to the start dates. So please keep all dates available until we know exact performance times.

Year End Show: We have separated our classes into two types: performance classes and tech only classes. Only our performance class and competitive class students will be performing in the 2026 showcase. The 2026 Showcase date is May 16, 2026.
