Our Aerial Silks program follows our in-house curriculum. Students in this class will go over strength exercises using the silks as well as practicing safe progressions for skills starting from in the knot to climbing the silk and then to drops & combos.
 
We highly recommend that your child take the following classes to help supplement their aerial training: Stretch & Strength, Acro Tech or Contortion. Either of these classes will help your child build more flexibility and strength. Which is a great bonus to have when trying to achieve those harder aerial silk poses.
 

ATTIRE

Bare feet/athletic wear (tank top & leggings or bodysuit preferred). No jewelry or zippers on clothing! No lotion as it can rub off and stain the silks.  Some moves are better with long sleeves & pants.

  • Grip Support (Dry Hands, Rosin, Chalk) optional
  • Hair tie if needed
