Classes – Dynamic Aerial & Acrobatics

Dynamic Aerial & Acrobatics offers kids/teen (age 7-18) classes in Aerial Silks, Hoop, Acro and Contortion! We are Acrobatic Arts, Aerial Arts and Alixa Flexibility certified, and have classes for beginner to advanced students. Our small class sizes enable us to focus on each student, and we encourage a hard working training environment with a focus on proper and safe techniques.

With over 15 years of combined teaching experience, Dynamic aims to build strong & flexible students who will eventually move onto either performing, coaching, or simply to just stay active.

AERIAL SILK

Aerial Silks is a quickly expanding and highly sought-after art form. Students will gain strength and increase flexibility learning to wrap, climb, spin, twist and drop, all while suspended in beautiful, soft aerial fabric.

AERIAL HOOP

Aerial Hoop (also known as Lyra, Aerial Ring or Cerceau) is a circular steel apparatus resembling a hula hoop suspended from the ceiling. In this class you will learn Aerial Hoop basics such as mounting, posing, spinning and moving within the hoop.

CONTORTION

Contortion is the art of extreme flexibility. This class follows the Alixa Flexibility Stretching program as well as our in-house contortion curriculum, both of which are proven and safe approaches to learning contortion.

ACROBATICS

Our Acro tech classes will follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus. This program offers safe and effective progressions to build strong & flexible students. This class stars with a combination of strength & flexibility exercises and then movse onto Limber, Balance & Tumbling skills.
