DESCRIPTION
Our Acro tech classes will follow the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus, which is a world renowned acro curriculum and offers safe and effective progressions to build strong & flexible students. This class starts off with strength & flexibility exercises and then moves on to Limbering, Balances & Tumbling skills. Students will learn the proper progressions on how to take a Bridge into a Walkover and a Cartwheel into a Side Aerial!
Students will have the opportunity to take part in Acrobatic Exams if they wish.
We highly recommend that your child take the following classes to help supplement their acrobatic training: Aerial Hoop or Aerial Silks. Either of these classes will help your child build more strength and body awareness. Which is a great bonus to have when trying to achieve those harder acrobatic & tumbling skills.
ATTIRE
Bare feet and athletic wear. Students are encouraged to bring yoga blocks and stretch bands. Tank top & leggings preferred (no loose/baggy clothing).
